Marriage License Application

Introduction

If both you and your prospective spouse are 18 years old or older, you can fill out this form to submit your Marriage License application to the Office of the City Clerk online. Upon submitting this online Marriage License application, you will receive a Confirmation Number. To complete your application, you and your prospective spouse must schedule an in-person or virtual appointment with the Office of the City Clerk.
